[Warmbloodlines - terms of use]
Effective from january 1st, 2008
Welcome to Warmbloodlines. These terms of use apply to Warmbloodlines'(hereafter called WBL) content and subscription agreement between WBL and you (hereafter called user).
By using WBL's possibility for buying and/or renewing a subsciption, you are confirming with your electronic signature that you agree to the terms of use, which is equal to signing a contract physically. If you don't wish to be bound by these terms of use, please quit the registration process and the use of WBL.
Agreement between user and WBL
WBL is owned and operated by Bloodlines, Denmark, and is liable to Danish Law. The service of this website is offered to the user on his acceptance of these terms of use. The agreement between the user and WBL is personal and is not transferable to a third party. The user must follow all laws in force concerning his use of WBL.
Update of terms of use
WBL has the right to renew these terms of use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately as they are shown on this page with the date for the latest update. The user agrees to periodically be reading the terms of use.
User information
The user is obliged to give complete and correct information of his name, valid e-mail address and contact information on the register page. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this agreement without further notice. No user may select or use a username or e-mail address belonging to another person with the intention to offend this person, or violates other user's rights or intellectual property rights of other users or has an offending character.
Password protection
The user is acknowledged that it is his duty to protect his password against unauthorized use of a third party. The password in combination with the username is personal and may not be transferred by assignment, sublicense or sold to any third party. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this agreement without further notice. In case of suspected foreign access to the user's password, it is the users duty to immediately change his password and, if the problem persists, notify WBL.
Copyright and limitation of use
WBL is designed for personal use and WBL's data may not be used commercially. The user is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish or sell any information obtained from WBL without our permission to do so. All information on WBL is the property of Bloodlines and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Information copied from WBL may only be displayed, reformatted and printed for personal and private use.
Limitation of liability
Neither WBL nor any of it's employees will be responsible for any decisions, that users may have made on background of data provided by WBL. Under no circumstances will WBL be liable for any losses or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained from this website. WBL tries to verify all data before publishing but makes no warranty for the accuracy of pedigree information, that are renewed and updated at any time without notice.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold WBL and it's employees harmless from and against any and all claims in case of the user's loss, that arises from the user's use of WBL or violation of this agreement. This obligation will be valid also after the user's period of subscription.
Links to other sites
WBL contains links to web sites that are owned and operated by others than WBL. Those links are a service for the user's information and WBL is not responsible for the availability, contents or advertising of those sites. WBL is not responsible for protection of personal data, that the user may publish on those sites.
Modification of service
WBL has the right to change, modify or extend the subscription service at any time. Changes in price or subscription will become effective at the end of the user's current subscription period.
